Where I've studied, worked, and built
Hey, I'm Nikki.
I'm a brand strategist, digital marketer, and systems builder who knows how to make ideas clear, organized, and built to move.
For the past ten years, I've worked across corporate, agency, entrepreneurship, live events, and creative spaces. Different rooms, different roles, same gift. I know how to see the full picture, find what is not working, and build a smarter way forward.
My work lives at the intersection of strategy, data, systems, and story. I care about the numbers, but I also care about the people behind them. What they need. What they respond to. What makes them trust the message enough to take action. On the marketing side, I build campaigns with intention. On the systems side, I bring structure to the chaos, the repeated tasks and messy back end nobody wants to talk about but everybody feels.
What makes my work different is range that reads as depth.
I can think like a strategist, build like an operator, create like a storyteller, and manage the relationship like somebody who understands that trust is part of the deliverable. So if you need someone who can see the vision, clean up the moving pieces, and make the next step make sense, you're in the right place.

Four chapters. One skill set.
Range that reads as depth

The Eye
Before I had the systems, the dashboards, or the strategy decks, I had the eye.
The ability to see what is working, what feels off, what needs to be sharper, and what people are actually responding to. Whether I'm looking at a brand, a campaign, a client experience, or a messy workflow, I know how to spot the details that change the whole outcome.

The Strategy
I build strategy with both instinct and evidence.
The numbers matter, but so does the story they are telling. I look at the audience, the data, the message, and the goal, then I shape the plan around what actually makes sense. Clear direction, smart decisions, and a path people can follow.

The Build
This is where the vision gets structure.
I take the repeated tasks, scattered processes, manual follow ups, and back end chaos, then turn them into systems that save time and protect energy. AI, automation, workflows, and cleaner operations all come together so the work can move with less friction.

The Relationship
Good work still has to be understood, trusted, and approved.
I know how to lead the room, protect the scope, translate performance data, and make the strategy clear for the people making decisions. Across corporate, agency, live events, and entrepreneurship, relationship has always been part of the work. Because clarity builds trust, and trust keeps things moving.

About
The through
line
I have spent the last ten years in digital marketing, building, testing, and optimizing campaigns for national and local brands across Google Ads, website copy, email marketing, social media management, reporting, and audience behavior.
Corporate taught me how to read the story inside the data. Not just what the numbers say, but what they mean for the business. What is working, where people are dropping off, what needs to shift, and how to make smarter decisions that move the work forward.
Shots by Nik is where my creative point of view became a business. I learned how to build a brand with voice, consistency, and enough personality to stand out in a crowded market.
Iconiq Lab taught me the blueprint behind the brand. Strategy, identity, assets, websites, and launch support all had to be built for the audience, not just the aesthetic. It also sharpened how I think about scope, margin, bandwidth, delivery, and protecting the business behind the work.
That is the throughline.
I see the audience clearly. I read what the data is saying. I shape the message around what matters. Then I build the structure that keeps the work moving.

Off the clock
Outside the frame
Outside of the titles, the tasks, the brands, and the back to back everything.
This is where I get to just be. No deliverables. No deadlines. No performance review. Just real life, well documented.

The range
What each season taught me
2024
Co founded Iconiq Lab, a boutique brand consultancy helping founders build brands from the foundation up. The work moved from positioning and brand identity to brand assets, website development, and launch support. This chapter taught me how to build for the audience, not just the aesthetic, while protecting scope, capacity, and the business behind the work.
2022
Joined Audacy, managing client relationships across paid search and Google Ads. This chapter sharpened my ability to read the story inside the data, explain campaign performance in plain language, and turn insights into smarter business decisions.
2019
Launched Shots By Nik, where my creative point of view became a business. I built the brand through consistency, client experience, visual storytelling, and a voice that stood out in a crowded market.
2018
Stepped into a strategic client role at Cox Media Group, supporting campaign planning, client communication, and digital marketing execution across multiple accounts. This chapter deepened my understanding of how strategy, timelines, budgets, and client expectations all have to move together.
2016
Worked in paid media at PrimeSport, supporting campaigns tied to major sports and live event moments. This chapter taught me how fast moving campaigns work, how timing affects performance, and how to make marketing decisions when the stakes are high and the window is small.
